Opening remarks[]
- Robin: The snag about working for a big broadcasting organisation is that usually you can never get at the bloke at the top. No matter how many people you see, they always have to refer to somebody higher up on another floor. There's absolutely no hope of you getting to see the old fool who keeps dropping the clangers. I should add that I'm referring to Troutbridge Television of course, not the BBC.
- Pertwee: Mrs Boyle may now relax, dreamboat just saved himself in time.
- Robin: Dreamboat hopes! But at the Troutbridge studios it's a red-carpet day, for the production team and Henry Povey are awaiting a visit from TTV's Director General.
