Opening remarks[edit | edit source]
We're all a bit helpless when we meet the chap in authority. Going home last week I had to stop my car at the lights and before they turned green a traffic warden booked me for parking. But however, when the officers of HMS Troutbridge have to meet Old Thunderguts they're not only helpless, they're terrified.
