Opening remarks[]
That menace of Portsmouth Command, grim faced Captain Povey, also known by the crew of Troutbridge as 'The Thing From Outer Gossport', he's due for a pretty dodgy time himself. It's his wife Ramona's birthday shortly and he's forgotten it. Naturally Mrs Povey will remind him and everyone else in good time.
